1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HarmonySoy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HarmonySoy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps candle makers manage formula development, burn testing, batch production, and cost analysis. The Service includes formula builders, test batch managers, burn-test logs, version comparison tools, batch sheet generators, and cost calculators.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

HarmonySoy offers paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including formulas, test results, batch records, and cost data. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your business data.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not share, sell, or use your proprietary formulas or business data for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by HarmonySoy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary service disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarmonySoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
